Terms of Service (TOS) for SMA1LE CERIA Automation Application

This Terms of Service (“TOS”) is a legal agreement between users (“you” or “the User”) and SMAN 1 LECES (“the Developer”) governing the use of the SMA1LE CERIA Automation Application (“the Application”). By using the Application, you agree to comply with these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using the Application.

1. Application Purpose

The Application is designed to automate video uploads to Tiktok based on user inputs submitted through SMA1LE CERIA application. It integrates with Tiktok Developers API, including photo posting, video posting, and Tiktok Data API, to streamline video publishing with metadata such as titles, descriptions, tags, privacy settings, and optional thumbnails.

2. User Responsibilities

As a user of the Application, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and lawful information when submitting data through SMA1LE CERIA.
  • Use the Application solely for its intended purpose, refraining from activities that violate Tiktok’s or Tiktok’s developers terms and policies.
  • Maintain the security of your Tiktok account credentials and ensure you have appropriate permissions to use the Application’s features.

3. Developer Responsibilities

SMAN 1 LECES, as the Developer, will:

  • Ensure the Application adheres to Tiktok API usage policies and maintains compliance with relevant data protection laws.
  • Provide limited support for issues related to the Application’s functionality.
  • Reserve the right to update or modify the Application as necessary without prior notice, including implementing changes required by Tiktok’s API policies or technical improvements.

4. Limitations of Liability

The Developer makes no guarantees regarding the uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Application. SMAN 1 LECES will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from:

  • Unauthorized access or misuse of the Application.
  • Loss of data, video content, or account access caused by user error or external factors.
  • Actions taken by Tiktok or Tiktok developers, including account suspensions or API changes affecting the Application.

5. Termination and Changes

The Developer reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to the Application for users who violate these terms. Additionally, the Developer may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the Application after changes to the TOS constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
